Wrap Quotes is a vehicle wrap quoting software built for wrap shops. The service is owned and operated by Burns & Short Holdings, LLC.

We collect information you provide directly, as well as data generated automatically when you use our service. Here's what that includes.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• -Providing the service. Your account and business information powers the core features of Wrap Quotes, including quote generation, customer management, and scheduling.
• -Improving the product. Usage data and analytics help us understand which features are most valuable, where users run into friction, and what to build next.
• -Communicating with you. We use your email address to send account-related notifications, product updates, and occasional announcements. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
• -Processing payments. Your billing information is used to process subscription payments through Stripe.
• -Customer support. When you contact us for help, we use your account information to assist you and resolve issues.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We work with a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Wrap Quotes. Each of these services has access only to the information necessary to perform their function.

We keep our use of cookies minimal.

Session cookies. When you log into Wrap Quotes, we set a session cookie to keep you authenticated as you navigate the application. This cookie is essential for the service to function and expires when you log out or after a period of inactivity.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated data about page views and performance. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and doesn't use cookies or track individual users across sites.

We don't use advertising cookies. We don't run retargeting pixels. We don't share browsing data with ad networks.

We retain your account data, quote history, and business information for as long as your account is active. This data is necessary to provide the service and maintain your records.

If you cancel your subscription, your account data remains accessible in a read-only state so you can still reference past quotes and customer records. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

When you request account deletion, we remove your personal information, business data, quotes, and customer records from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently removed.

Usage data and analytics are retained in aggregated, anonymized form and aren't tied to your account after deletion.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• -Access. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• -Correction. You can update or correct your account information at any time through the application settings, or by contacting us.
• -Deletion. You can request that we delete your account and all associated personal data. We'll process deletion requests within 30 days.
• -Data export. You can request an export of your data in a standard, machine-readable format. This includes your account information, quotes, and customer records.
• -Opt out of communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. Account-related notifications (like billing confirmations) can't be opted out of while your account is active.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Our application is hosted on Vercel's secure infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security, automatic SSL certificates, and DDoS protection.

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. Stripe maintains PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

No system is 100% secure. While we work to protect your data, we can't guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach that affects your personal information, we'll notify you promptly.

Wrap Quotes is a business-to-business software product designed for vehicle wrap shop professionals. Our service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we've collected personal information from a child under 13, we'll delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@wrapquotes.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.
