Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wrap Quotes, operated by Burns & Short Holdings, LLC ("Wrap Quotes," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Wrap Quotes provides a web-based quoting and shop management platform for vehicle wrap, PPF, and tinting businesses. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wrapquotes.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use the Service. Accounts may not be shared or transferred without our prior written consent.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change with 30 days' advance notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will continue to have access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period are provided at our discretion on a pro-rated basis — contact support to request a refund.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including customer records, quotes, and business information ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We will not sell Your Data or use it for our own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Data does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Vehicle Database

The vehicle database and measurement data provided through the Service is compiled for informational and quoting purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that measurements are error-free or suitable for every application. Always verify measurements against your actual vehicle before ordering materials.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and vehicle database, is owned by Burns & Short Holdings, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

If you contribute vehicle measurements to the community database, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that data into the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BURNS & SHORT HOLDINGS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Burns & Short Holdings, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
